A block of rooms has been reserved for registrants at a special meeting rate of $199 plus taxes. You must be registered before being assigned a room, which will be available on a first-come basis.

Do not call the hotel directly. Early arrivals and late departures will be based upon availability. Sleeping room charges will be guaranteed by the credit card information provided. Your credit card will be charged by the hotel upon checkout. Room cancellations must be made through Hemedicus no later than 5 business days in advance of your scheduled arrival date. Otherwise your credit card will be charged for 1 hotel night.
