Registration Fee Inclusions
The registration fee includes admittance to scientific sessions, program materials, and all food functions as specified on the agenda.
Registration fee does not include hotel.
For meeting registration fees to be refunded, written notice of cancellation must be received by Hemedicus, Inc. by April 1, 2011. The amount of registration fees remitted, minus a $75 administrative charge, will be refunded. Substitutions are permitted with written notification.
After April 1, no refunds will be made.

A block of rooms has been reserved for registrants at a special meeting rate of $139 per night exclusive of applicable state and local taxes. You must be registered before being assigned a room, which will be available on a first-come basis.
The conference rate is guaranteed from May 5 - 7, 2011, based on guest room availability. Your credit card will be charged by the hotel upon check out. Room cancellations must be made through Hemedicus, Inc. no later than 5 business days in advance of your scheduled arrival date. Otherwise your credit card will be charged for 1 hotel night.
