The future of myelofibrosis management will most likely include a combination of agents based on prognostic features and biologic markers of each patient. While myelofibrosis is a rare disease, with an incidence of 1.5 cases per 100,000 people in North America, Europe, and Australia, its impact is not trivial. This symposium will help attendees gain a more complete understanding of myelofibrosis and its connection to other MPNs, as well as the different treatment modalities for this debilitating disease.
