REFUNDS
For registration fees to be refunded, written notice of cancellation must be received by Hemedicus by March 15, 2013. The amount of registration fees remitted, minus a $75 administrative charge, will be refunded. Substitutions are permitted with written notification. No refunds will be issued after March 15, 2013.
SPECIAL NEEDS
Hemedicus fully complies with the legal requirements of the ADA and the rules and regulations thereof. CONFERENCE LOCATION

NASCAR Hall of Fame Dinner
Friday, April 12, 2013 from 6:45 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. at the NASCAR Hall of Fame
This dinner reception is a popular, high-profile event for all conference attendees at an exciting venue. The HTRS Lifetime Achievement Award winner will be announced at this event. Each attendee can bring up to three guests at the cost of $45 per guest.
