For registration fees to be refunded, written notice of cancellation must be received by Hemedicus, Inc. by October 23, 2009. The amount of registration fees remitted, minus a $75 administrative charge, will be refunded. Substitutions are permitted with written notification. After October 23, 2009, no refunds will be made.

A block of rooms has been reserved for registrants at a special meeting rate of $209/night plus taxes. You must be registered before being assigned a room, which will be available on a first-come basis.
Do not call the hotel directly. The conference rate is guaranteed from November11 through November 14, 2009, based on guest room availability. Your credit card will be charged by the hotel upon check out. Room cancellations must be made through Hemedicus, Inc.
